What is Sangfor EPIC?

Sangfor EPIC is Sangfor’s largest customer event of the year, where Sangfor partners and customers join Sangfor executives and leading IT experts to gain insight into the latest technology trends and explore cutting-edge innovations in Cyber Security and Cloud Computing.

EPIC stands for Exchange, Partnership, Innovation, and Connection - the core values Sangfor provides to its customers and partners. Sangfor EPIC 2023 will offer incredible opportunities for education, training, and insights into current and future trends and technologies. Attendees will be able to get hands-on experience with the newest IT solutions on the market and use this opportunity to network with industry leaders from over 10 countries and regions around the world.

When will Sangfor EPIC 2023 take place?

The event will begin on the 7th of March and end on the 10th of March.

Where is the venue for the event?

The event will be held at Hyatt Regency Dubai, an iconic 5-star hotel Situated on the Corniche, a renowned waterfront promenade, it is within walking distance of the Gold Souk. Visit the hotel’s official website for more information.

How do I get to the hotel from Dubai International Airport (DXB)?

Sangfor will arrange pick-up for guests arriving at Dubai International Airport. Our staff will be waiting for you in the arrival hall. Please provide your flight information in this form to make sure we have you covered.

Please note that Sangfor will only provide transportation from the airport to the hotel on the 7th of March and from the hotel to the airport on the 10th of March. For other arrival/departure dates, guests are advised to arrange their own transportation.

Will accommodation be provided for all guests?

If you have successfully registered for the event, Sangfor will arrange and cover the expenses for accommodation for the duration of the event.

Please note that Sangfor will not cover accommodation expenses if guests choose to stay in another hotel.

What are the visa requirements?

Whether you need a visa or not depends on your country of citizenship. Most passport holders are eligible for a visa on arrival at no cost. However, others may need to apply for a visa beforehand. Please note that your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into the UAE.

Are there any COVID-19 requirements?

All travelers to Dubai are no longer required to present a COVID‑19 vaccination certificate or perform PCR tests.

Note: Before travel, all guests are advised to check with their airline for specific details relevant to their destination as requirements may change at short notice.

What is the dress code for the event?

Business casual dress is preferred.

Sangfor is a champion of inclusivity. As guests will be attending the event from across the world, you are welcome to dress in attire that respects your culture and/or religion during our event.

However, if you are visiting places like mosques during your free time, you may need to wear clothing that covers your arms and legs, and a headscarf to cover your hair.

What is the weather like in Dubai at the time of the event?

In March, Dubai is neither too hot nor too cold. The average high temperature is around 28ºC (82.4°F), which drops to about 17ºC (62.6°F) at night. Sea temperatures are around 22ºC, while humidity is rather moderate.

What kind of food options are available for my personal preferences?

Sangfor will arrange and cover the expenses for dining at the hotel for the duration of the event. Guests will be served according to dietary restrictions (if any) provided when registering for the event.
